Default My Music

Here's a nice chilled acoustic recording I did recently.

Download it if that sort of thing is your sort of thing and of course let me know what you think.

Hello AlexC,

That's brilliant mate, but I am a bit jealous.
At the age of 51, I have recently started guitar lessons and am finding it quite difficult. I have had 6 now and am learning scales and although actually playing them is ok, especially after a bit of practice, I find that there is so much to try and remember. Well it's my age I suppose. Anyway, I like your music.
Good luck.
Ivor

That's really chilled m8, wish I could invent like that. I've really wanted to get off my arse and start guitar but I'm finding it really hard to get the incentive

Wow dead cool. I have been playing for quite a while now but I am no where near this good. Perhaps I should practice more often.

ATB, Matt

Guitar is easy you just have to persevere with it.

I'm actually a pretty terrible guitarist technically, its just that I tend to play to my strengths - which is why I don't get better at the other stuff very quickly. Most of...in fact all of those songs are my bands electric songs which I've stripped away for acoustic. I'm more at home making a lot more noise than that but it was really refreshing to start playing acoustic again - I used to do it a lot more.

If anyone's interested here's me being a bit...louder:

Cheers for the positive feedback and to all the otehr guitarists - keep at it, music is the best thing in the world.
