Yes, I do believe this is what they call Sods Law.

Its glorious sunshine in the UK and warm as well, not a cloud in the sky in Manchester for about the first time in 12 months and when does it happen? The two weeks where I am working 7 days a week, 12 hour shifts at least and missing every single last bit of decent daylight!! lol

Its all good man hehe. Had lightning storms all around the town though sky was clear above the town. Tornado watches and warnings all night till 1am though none touched down. Still, beer was great!

Where I am working at the moment the entire front wall is made out of glass so its gets nice and warm in here as well as light and feels like an even better day than it is outside. Have got the big double doors open its that warm!

Reached 24 degrees near Leeds today. The wind made it seem a few degrees cooler than that though.

Anyone predicting rain for the weekend?

The weather does seem to be gradually going downhill here in Manchester also. Its still quite a nice day here but there are quite a few clouds in the sky which the sun is hiding behind most of the time!

With this warm weather I notice the difference going from our office into the warehouse... ...air conditioning is definately handy.

The weather has been great over the past 11 days - can't believe that I have been in England.

Thank God for global warming lol.

Yes, but considering in the early 2000s we had zero sunshine all year round (expect for Christmas day!) I can accept a little bit of unpredictability as long as this sun keeps up (its out again today!!! and am off this time so am going to go and enjoy it!). As long as no extreme weather comes along its all good .

Around 12 degrees here today and will drop to 2 during the night

My Mother said to me when the weather turned "So that's it, summer is over". We both laughed and then after a few seconds we both wouldn't bet against it

Well, it's good weather when it's like this! It's less demoralising when you're revising for exams!

Mind, next year when I'm in California, I'll certainly be getting a nice sun tan on the university's private beach.
