I'll recommend Ginger Tea. has been quite helpful for me whenever I've had cough and cold.

I've heard its quite good - I can just never stand the taste!  . The same with Lemon Tea as well if you've got any  .

I used to drink about the same, Site. 3-4 pints of tea, but I had to cut down. Around 2-3 pints a day. The mug I use is half a pint.

A pint of tea? Thats definitely a new one for me!  I've heard of pints of lager, milk, and even juice - but never tea!
