Firstly, to the forums JackyMe. Secondly, this category is fine for your topic.
Thirdly, Firefox rules - it is the number one and most definitely my favourite browser.
I use IE also, some sites seem to have a huge bias towards it, but all in all I use Firefox for my regular browsing. IE is getting better however.
I also use Safari and Chrome sometimes, but quite rarely.

You must have tried Beta Version of FF 3. They had some severe problems with the Beta version, but there's absolutely nothing to complain about the latest stable version of FF 3

Awsomebar is what, judging by the name, what the 13 year old deveopers at Mozilla called the new URL bar. I absolutely hate it, and yes, would use IE over Firefox 3 because of it.

I used Ff3 Beta through two weeks into release. Again.
Awsomebar. The most useless piece of software in a browse. Firefox 3 is the Widows ME of the browserworld. I will continue to use Ff2 till the people at Mozilla decide to let us customize the browser again.

I installed the 'oldbar' addon for Firefox 3 which makes the URL bar more like Firefox 2 again. Once that addon is added it's fine.

I actually quite like the "Awsomebar" part of FF3. Displaying the titles of pages makes navigation to previous pages so easy and I actually think its quite a good feature - it makes me want to use FF3.

Safari for Windows? Its a bit clunky for my liking - nothing like the Mac version!

I use 3 different ones depending what I'm doing
Firefox 3 is used for all my serious work - The Web Developer, FireFTP and IEView alone make it worth it's weight in Gold, . Add in configuration in the about :config and it's tops.
IE7 I use for it's Windows Live Personalised start page - 10-15 mins of distraction...err sorry...keeping up with industry trends
Chrome I use for this forum mainly because it's quick to get to.

Old Bar fixes the look of it but now how it behaves. You can change a few things but it will not be the same as a regular URL bar. So much for "taking back the web". Ff3 is forcing something on people, which is why I left IE in the first place.
