I got some good excerise routines....paper fight with your colleagues. It does exactly what it says on the tin: "Relieves stress, & allows you to get in trouble with your manager and get sent home for the day"  .

Lol, btw it will take 15 to 20 minutes to exercise on the desk especially before you go for coffee break and that will help you to regain your energy back.

Yoga can do wonders.. I have read that Yoga can cure diseases like Cancer.

The first picture of the two seems more in my yoga range  .

The second one Ashtanga position is very difficult, it will tear my intercostal muscles and underwear too.

Na, I can not do that, the first position that I have posted looks easier though.

Thats well beyond my talents as well  .
Has anyone got an easy begginers move or guide to yoga that I could try. I don't think I'm quite up to the standard of some of these positions quite yet  .
