Can someone please tell me what the hell am i doing wrong?

blue background part, I'm trying get that all white like the bottom half, I have managed fine doing the bottom part but cant bloody seam to get the top half done

any clues?

View the page in Firefox with the firebug extension, then you will be able to highlight the blue area and see what to change to make the blue white.

Without seeing the html/css it's very difficult to say what is causing it -if you post the url I could have a look and see.
