You can never blame staff as staff is same everywhere but its the leader who drives them in right direction. Over here customers praise our support staff in Testimonials section but they never manage to figure out who all are involved in keeping things perfect

I'd beg to be different and I assume most (wise

) businesses go that way. I am here not because of staff tech individuals. I am here for the philosophy of the organization, which in my humble opinion, comes from the core/top management and is driven down to the gate-keeper of the building by the management. So we know it is (someone in) the management who is the backbone of the business or organization. I have customers since I was a one-man army more than a decade ago and they're with me because they know my philosophies and work culture. This work culture still exists and is the same when I have a few people wih me.
So Kudos to you and the rest of the team, not to name anyone in particular but everyone who makes the team a go getter.
Just wondering, since there are more than one lions here, no one fights?? Or maybe they drive their own respective herds of lambs
