Default PHP forms

Hi all, i hope that this is in the correct section, but here goes any way, i have created a php form using the option in fantastico, this form will gather some information from prospective client and email these details to me, i have also setup and autoresponder for the email address that this form will be sent to, however the autoresponder does not work when the form is posted, if i send and email to this address the responder works fine. any ideas?

Default Dunno - but

Not sure why your auto responder isn't working - but why not get the php to send the response directly so it sends two emails one to you and one to the person filling in the form.

Yep. You can configure the php mailer to send form information to you and thank you message to the potential customer.

You will need to open a ticket for our technical staff to figure out why autoresponder wont work in case of form submission.

I can provide you with code for our form and php mailer if you want. Please open a ticket for me in our sales department and I will send the code to you. You will need to figure out from it what you will need to change to make things work on your forms.
