Default PHP.ini file

I have vBulletin and i currently ran into a problem (which worked before). I asked on their support board and they said:

'The problem is that your 'upload_tmp_dir' setting is empty. This is required ion Windows server. You (as
root) or your host will need to edit php.ini and set 'upload_tmp_dir' to point to the full path to a directory on the server that is both world-readable and writable.'

Do i do this? If so how? If eukhost do i ask on here and how long till it will be done?

Thanks in advance!

open a support ticket at http://support.eukhost.com/ (you will have to register for an account) and they will address your php issues from there.

If you can provide me with your domain name then I can get this sorted from my end.

Also, for future reference, you can just directly email support@eukhost.com and it has the same effect as support.eukhost.com tickets do.
