PHPbb problem

Well when it comes to updates with phpbb i have not got a clue i have had a wee read of the help me section on updates ect on the phpbb website and had a bash and wont work for me and i am scared case i screw my forum up and lose all my members

Is there any chance that eukhost can offer some sort of help? i wouldn’t mind if i was charged i have a bug that needs sorted plus i need to update to the latest version of phpBB 2.0.21 as i run phpBB 2.0.20 at the moment

When the problem relates to forum software I generally I advice asking on that softwares' own forums. In theory they should be able to help you out rather than asking the web host for help.

I am not sure how much our support department would charge for such work but you can communicate with us on our helpdesk incase you come across something that is out of your scope.
