I hope this is about the right place to post. I am having a very frustrating problem, I have installed Xoops on my domain. and having problems with time.. I have posted for an answer on Xoops but no joy.. getting an answer on there is like waiting for Norwich City to win away.

I have the time set to GMT in Xoops yet is constantly shows an hour behind, simple I set it to GMT+1 no difference.

Yet on my test Xoops on another server the exatc same set up it displays correctly. this problem kames it difficult to submit news etc on Xoops

Hi Gordo,
Do you think it’s a winter/summer time bug? If it is then it is impossible to support winter/summer time perfectly, because xoops doesn’t support this.
So your question might be – what time zone should be set by you (I guess, if you live in area with winter/summer time) Do you?
If you are then,
- set your time zone as summertime in summer.
- set your time zone as wintertime in winter.
I hope this will solve the issue.
