Exporting to Excel /Importing from PhpMyAdmin

Is it possible to export data from PhpMyAdmin to an Excel spreadsheet in a particular format? / Is it possible to import data to an Excel spreadsheet in a particular format?

I want to import from an SQL database which is usually managed through PhpMyAdmin.
I want to create a spreadsheet from two main database tables so the spreadsheet looks like this:

Human issues:
ClientName Events Previous Open Closed
Client1 342 150 122 220
Client2 87 42 30 57
Client3 23 10 3 20

Technical issues:
ClientName Events Previous Open Closed
Client1 342 150 122 220
Client2 87 42 30 57
Client3 23 10 3 20

Where Client name is in another table linked through an ID in the table.
Where Events is calculating the amount of entries in the table this month.
Where Previous is calculating the amount of entries in the table last month.
Where Open is a status field option in the table.
Where Closed is another status field option in the table.

Is it possible to import data to a spreadsheet in a particular format like this?
Is it possible to automate this data capture on a Monthly basis, I heard a driver can be used but previously this hasnt worked.

Yep, it should be. Everything is.

Create a query to combine data (union select or inner join as applicable to you) and then
export to a CSV file. Then open/import from a CSV into excel.
