hello all,

hoping to pick your brains on this one. I have a site, where i get lots of calls about my products (clothing). I would like to add a live chat function like whats used here on eukhost. Which i have found a godsend, in terms of queries i've had.

Can anyone recommend a good one? Basically to chat to customers and to proactively start chats with ppl on my website hosting.

Needs to be good value too..

Two I can think of are Kayako LiveResponse (http://www.kayako.com) and StarDevelop Live Help (http://stardevelop.com).

Have you looked at helpcenterlive I've not tried it - but it is free and included in Fantastico - so you can install it from your cpanel (assuming you are on a Linux package)
