disabling mod_security from .htaccess temporarily while making updates and then removing the code is best options as of now. mod_security is needed for security of your Joomla installation so this thing may make you somewhat uncomfortable but its better to keep
website hosting secure rather than seeing "Turkish hacker" message on it
