Can anyone recommend a good dynamic sitemap tool, I am getting a bit fed up doing it manually

I would recommend not using a dynamic tool - personally I wouldn't have a sitemap at all but if you must avoid these tools like the plague!!

Spammers use them to collect an entire picture of your website hosting and abuse it, harvest email addresses, abuse forms etc.

Thanks for the comments, I do use a manual xml tool and it has been successful in improving my ratings. I get pretty much top 20 and some top ten rankings with google for my top search queries.
DPS' comment worries me though and I definitely won't go down that road if it is as scary as he says!
