Content is the an important part of any website hosting, If the content is helpful or informative it will make the visitor stay interested in website hosting & return again. But it also depends on the type of website hosting you are creating.

For informative / news / educative / tutorial /commercial companies' website hostings, more informative and up to date content is necessary.

For design / arts / graphics / hosting / web development and such, moderate to heavy graphics and design to show off their capabilities and less focus on content

To create a website hosting, website hosting design and development are necessary but not fullfill the criteria of providing information without content. Good Content is the most vital part of your website hosting that not only provide information to your targeted visitors but it is essential to increase traffic and improve search enigne rankings. To increase usability and market share for a website hosting, clear and understandable content is necessary.

Agreed, Content is easily viewable and just as easy to measure. It essentially includes what you see on the website hosting, that is, the text. Adding quality content at regular intervals will increase site's value for the readers. The more quality content the better ranking the website hosting gets.

I think content is the main key to gaining your website hosting visitors attention.

Content is Very important to a website hosting for many reasons. First of all the content is the main reason a person is to your website hosting to begin with. Bad or old content, with the exception of archives, is a doom for failure. If I go to a website hosting I'm there to find information or products, They certainly can't be old or out dated or I'm out of there. Realtime/up to date it has to be current. Secondly If it's an adsense sight or a sight that has to be spidered by search engines, If the content is not fresh the spiders will pass over it because among other things spiders LOOK FOR FRESH CONTENT CONSISTENTLY.

Hope this helps
Have A Safe And Happy New Year!

it is by far the most important thing, a website hosting without content is just a framework, and tbh a waste of space. With free quality cms systems available from a number of sources it is now very easy to get a shell up and running, getting visitors is not so easy!

Just check out the forums on CMS systems like e107/joomla to see how many 'empty' website hostings people have put up. You can see they added content for maybe a month or two, with grand ideas of making zillions on adsense only to realise that noone wants to read a few ripped off news stories or join a forum with 1 member!

Content is everything, dont host a website hosting without a purpose, its a waste of your time and money!

GL!

In my opinion content would rule over design, as in content is more important than a flashy design.

However, I do think it is important to consider that your content may be spot on, but if your website hosting is hard to navigate then people wont be able to access it.

I think its most important to have good, easily navigatable content. There are so many people making website hostings that good content will set yours apart from many, however if your website hosting is frustrating to navigate your efforts will be lost.

Yea the golden rule goes as “keep the website hosting user friendly and informative”. All good aspects of a website hosting comes under this rule so make sure you are following them in order to make your website hosting search engine as well user friendly.
