Default Need to identify a font?

If you ever need to find out which has been used in a PDF, website hosting or image, I found a very helpful web site hosting which can identify then for you.

http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/

You simply take a screenshot of the font or use a previous image, upload it to the server and it gives you options of all the fonts it could be. So far it's been extremely accurate for when I've used it!

It's a very hand tool as well when someone doesn't have an electronic version of their logo and it contains text. Most people have no idea what the font is and this way it allows you to build the logo up again, matching the hard copy version.

I was very surprised actually! I put a pretty grainy and nasty image into it and it still picked the font up! So it seems pretty good. And it allows you to see the image and font next to each other to check them. So even if the computer gets it wrong, you can tell.
