Hi,
I don't know if any of you have tried to ever watch tv ep's on US
website hostings or gone to the US amazon site. But they seem to know that you're not from the US. (now sometimes thats bad - like when u wanna watch latest ep of heroes) but it can also be good, i.e. content aimed at the righ locale. (i know its about IP jiggery pokery)
So does anyone have any ideas on using this for us smaller business ppl? i sell clothes, and wanna sell online, but i know that some of the goods would do a blinder in the states, but i know i need to present it in US friendly way, as opposed to the more classy euro/brit market.
So basically, if a user from New york visits my
website hosting, they see one version, and if someone from dagenham checks it out they see another version... (apart from saying on homepage - view brit version, view US version)
Is there any clever way to do this? Or any ideas out there.
Cheers
