What Is A Good Program For Web Design Artist Gallery Pages?

I am looking for a way to enhance my gallery page on my website hosting. I want a slide show type page. I did like to have thumbnails in a column and then the larger detailed photo next to it when you click on that image. There is a program that has that sort of free templates or something.
