Who makes the best website builder?

I don't know much about website hosting builders, all I know is that they help you build a web site hosting without much website hosting knowledge. They are so many of them out there so, who makes the best and the most user friendly?

If you use website hosting builders to build your web site hosting which one do you use? Which one do you find to be the easiest to use and understand? The one that you use is it free of cost?

Is it??? I never knew that! I have been looking at sitebuilders recently. I have quite liked Soholaunch SiteBuilder Pro (I think thats the correct full name) - you can install the 14 day trial through Fantastico and I would love to use it for some of my smaller sites where it can do a lot of the background work for me that I simply don't have time to do for all my website hosting but alas the $149 price tag puts me off . Its a pity cos I would like to use it .
