Google reserve right for your content?

As per user agreement of Google Apps, Google reserve right for your content submitted, posted or displayed by you through any service offered by Google.

What google TOS state from the article published in cnet;

"you grant Google a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, modify, publish and distribute such Content on Google services for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting Google services. Google reserves the right to syndicate Content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through Google services and use that Content in connection with any service offered by Google".

Ive always said Google is an evil corp like M$. But im sure they arent the only one with TOS like that.

I think most of the large companies that display user-submitted content would have the same kind of user agreement. The agreement doesn't deprive the owner of ownership of his content, it only makes sure that a lot of potential problems that may arise with regards to the use, distribution and display of that content over the years don't come up.

US copyright "Title 17" states that copyrights cannot be transferred accidentally anyway, so google can not say they owned someone else's work for any purpose, any competent lawyer can put them in trouble.

What is good apps? I have never heard of this service before, but then again Google is coming up with new stuff all the time so no wonder why. lol

Most recent things I've heard from google that they are coming up with health data management system for medical data sharing. They made public about this vision just after one week of similar announcement from microsoft. In my opinion they are gradually adding stuff rather than amending it or do further enhancement meanwhile the users interest change…
