How can I make money online?

Hi all,
I am new here. I want to make money online. Can anyone tell me exactly how can I make money online without spending a lot of money? I have my own PC with internet connection but I’m unable to do anything because I’m fresher and I don’t have the exact information. Therefore, I am posing here my problem. If someone could please help me. Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Hello - glad your using our forum to insight some suggestions .

Making money online isn't as easy as it seems - although you could do freelance-related work, where you would be paid by people to do specific jobs; let's say creating an XHTML & CSS compliant template or doing manual directory submissions. I recommend the DigitalPoint forums for advertising the freelance services you may want to provide: Webmaster Forum - Internet Marketing & Search Engine Forums and NamePros.Com - Buy, Sell, & Discuss Domain Names. You could learn HTML, XHTML & then CSS and do freelancing jobs by making templates, etc.

Another way is creating your own web site hosting with interesting & unique content - maybe a web site hosting with articles about the subject you are most experienced in and adding advertisements on there. Advertisements are kind of like TV ads but like banners or text-like banners and you get paid when one of your visitors click on it. I recommend Google Adsense for this kind of advertising (www.google.com/adsense) but there are others that are less strict like Online Contextual Advertising and Behavioral Marketing Service for Advertisers and Webmasters or BidVertiser - Pay Per Click Advertising On Sites Of Your Choice..

Think of something you could learn... maybe like HTML & CSS as I suggested above or do something like creating new blog articles for people, etc. By the way, the best place to learn HTML & CSS is Learn HTML and CSS - Use our free tutorials - Build your own website | HTML.net & W3Schools Online Web Tutorials.

I doubt the people those selling eBook for make million.. are making money themselves. However many people are making money that solely depends on individual level of competence and expertise in specific area and targeted prospects field.

The easiest way to make money (!!) online is with Google Adwords and a good affiliate product to sell (if you have the money, the skill, the product, the luck, etc, etc, etc...)

You can have a good website hosting (preferably a dotcom with a good domain-name), or a new blog (own web site hosting / or free, like, blogger, wordpress, etc), well-designed and filled with good content (preferrably a niche product), backed with expert Search Engine Optimization skills, good (well-researched) long-tailed keywords to get a well-targeted small market who are searching with money in hand (!), plenty of visitors who will find solution to their problems on your site, autoresponder, etc, etc...

Google adsense and a web site hosting / new blog with great content...

If you have skills (and also luck), then freelancing will bring you good money on Elance or Guru (both require payment), or other free online-market sites like GetAFreelancer etc, and compete with hundreds of other skilled (and experienced) service-providers.

So... all these leads to one thing, patience! Just having a PC and Net connection will bring you everything else, but to be a winner (web-millionaire!) you need real skills and a master niche market. By the way, you will find good articles on the net about how to plan your online business (most of the knowledge is free too!) Stay around those sites, learn the techniques, find out how you can develop expertise in writing, niche, Search Engine Optimization, adwords, traffic generation, etc, and you can easily make your dreams come true...

Moral: Planning, Patience, skill, and hardwork is required to earn online... or offline! don't fall for any get-rich-fast schemes. If you still have the gift of luck, you can be a huge success tomorrow morning, but anything less, then dig the net systematically, you are sure to find Gold soon! Planning, Hardwork, Patience and positive thinking is most important factor to gain success in online world. People give upp before putting any efforts and thats why most they fail. another important thing is fear of failure. You can never succeed if you keep on thinking about failure.

So far what ive found to work is PTC programs if you can find just ONE good one and keep at it and refer people and they keep at it money will eventually build up, you can even use that money you make and buy referals thus increasing your money by however much referals you purchase. Also one other way is to make webstie/forum something that interests you and put lots of effort and time into it. Once you build up high traffic place some ads in highly viewed spot from either google or other programs like that and you can make decent money. These are 2 free ways on the internet to make money. If you want to get more into detail about free domain names for the forum or a new blog and what not just give me a PM im looking for people to help me out perhaps we can make some money together .

The best model for making money online is still affiliate marketing

You can run an affiliate marketing business full time or part time
You can promote just one product or several products

And unlike bingo, it is not a game of chance. It is a real business and there are loads of people generating a reasonable income online through affiliate marketing.
The problem is there are so many scams online that it is easy to see all online businesses as scams

I am into affiliate marketing and yes it is hard work and takes some dedication but it really does work

I definitely agree. Affiliate marketing programs are provided by agencies and more and more by price comparison sites as well. You can explore there products and select the category which would suit your personal website/blog the best. Then you can put their offers with image banners on your site and earn money, when your users visit your site and click on these banners...even better when they purchase a good from the merchants site...
