lookin at zencart

I was just having a look at Zencart, when i went to instll it from the cpanel fantastico it seemed to be similar to joomla.

1)Before i install it can i have both installed in my root folder

2) IN ZENCART a similar thing to joomla, and i'd have to build a website hosting in that with pages, only its got a shopping menu in the modules? then I wouldn't need joomla anymore or does it work with joomla or do i just link to it? Then i'd need a new registratin thing wouldn't I, and my members would have to join my website hosting and join zcart as well......

Zencart has got inbuilt members area so that should be fine for you as per my knowledge. You will need to customize header, footer and add images of your products in zencart.

Probablly you wont need Joomla if you manage to make good header, footer and upload images of your products in zencart. Configuration will be somewhat tricky for you but there's good online documentation available to configure zencart and start selling products.

i have zen cart now, its, how sahll i put it...difficult. I am at present trying to figure out how to change the header. Can't seem to find any tutorials that are for the basic's of zen cart. You know....how to change an image, how to make your catalog ect. Does anyone out there that has been using izen cart for a while know of any tutorials for blonde people?
