Site advertising software

Can anyone recommend a free web site hosting advertising software. I'm essentially after something which will manage and rotate banner adverts on my website hosting.

I have been using OpenX however due to changes in security settings on the server, it appears impossible to add/change banners due to the software requiring some FTP functions in PHP. If anyone is able to recommend an advertising software, or knows a way to get OpenX to work with those PHP settings disabled it would be much appreciated.

If your on Linux under the Software section if you click on "Site Software" and then there is the Entropy Banner software available for your use .

Check with centralad, webadverts, I think that will serve your need, also you could have a look with Google Ad Manager, it is somewhat like Openads launched through invitation, take a tour here: google.com/admanager/login/en_US/tour.html

Doing some experimenting it looks like OpenX 2.5 beta will work with eUKhost's security settings.

Testing using another web site hosting (hosted with eUKHost) the 2.4.6 version gives the 'cannot redeclare ftp_' error due to disabled settings. However the latest beta gives no such error and I've been able to successfully ad some test ads.
