MSNBC Newsweek published an article two month back highlighting about the phreakers VOIP minuts market. These phreakers have a worldwide network and steal the minutes and resell them on the black market. How a busy people can keep watch on while communicating regularly through VOIP? However the providers claims that they are trying to take a turn to private VoIP networks by separating from the public Internet but I don't think it is going to stop theft of 200 million minutes that worth $26 million a month as stated in that article. msnbc.msn.com/id/17553800/site/newsweek/
