How good is using "Autosurf" technology for a website hosting? Do people really see a website hosting that has an Autosurf?
How good is the conversion by using such techniques?

Hi: First off the sight gets shown but as so far as it being seen by the people that you want to see the sight remains questionable. You need TARGETED traffic to your sight. Especially if you are promoting an affiliate product page. Honestly I haven't had much luck with traffic exchanges and I have really put the time in. Either try another avenue for targeted traffic (surveyed leads,possibly a safelist program etc.).
