Default Google Page Rank - Facts & Tips

Google Page Rank: Your magic lamp to get to the top of ... Google Search Results.

Page Rank is Google's measure of importance of any web page. It's on the scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is the least ranking. A page rank of over 3 or 4 (out of 10) is highly desirable. Google's Page Ranking System reportedly contains more than 500 Million variables!!!

Back-links & Keywords:
 • One important variable is the links that your page has from other website hostings.
 • Another variable is how much is the frequency & the spreading out of the keywords on the web-page.
 • Another parameter that Google is interested in is the place where the keywords actually are on the web page, and if they are related to the entire content.
 • The title of the actual page should be one of the keywords.
More on this topic later...

Please call me "Santosh", my friend

Ok, now about keywords and how Google likes them on the web page:

(Note: Please replace "[" & "]" with "<" & ">" respectively, as "<" & ">" will not display the examples correctly here):
 • Keywords in the domain name
 • Keywords in the domain name
 • Bolding keywords, e.g. wooden boats
 • Using keywords in heading tags, e.g.
Wooden Boats
• Keywords closest to the top of the page.
 • Keywords in the description tag.
 • Keywords in the keywords tag.
 • Keywords in the names of linked pages and in the linked words, e.g. [a href="wooden-boats"]wooden boats[/a].
 • Keywords in alt tags.
 • Keywords as names of images, e.g. .
 • Getting listings in Pay-Per-Click search engines like Google Adwords or Overture.

P.S. Above details with thanks to "My Search Engine Optimization e-Guide".

Anchor Texts (links):

Google gives much importance to the Anchor Texts, i.e., the words used in links on a web page. When see "Click Here..." as a common link phrase on the web page, we understand the complete meaning of this phrase "Click Here", which is connected by other meaningful phrase in the sentence, e.g., "To read the complete story Click Here...".

OR, to give yet another example:

"Click Here to read about Bucknor's blunders!"

Now, if we can change this phrase to "Read about Bucknor's blunders!", the new statement and the link "Bucknor's blunders" is given more importance by Google rather than just "Click Here".

Of course, the linked page must be all about "Bucknor's blunders!", (there are so many of them, this topic can well be a great niche to the Cricketing world ), to get Google's credits, else Google will see unrelated content and punish the web page's rank!

If the linked page is titled "Bucknor & his blunders!", or similar, and also contains related content on that page, then the link and the linked page are completely related, and the linking passes one of Google's parameters. This is called an Outbound Link, and the linked pages can well reside on your own web web site hosting -- now also called Internal Links, giving the linked page a great advantage.

When you get a back-link -- called the Inbound Link -- from another web site hosting or page (through your own efforts, or from the other web-master or any other person -- they will, when they like your great page content), try and get one of your keywords as the link on that page (the content on that page should also be related to your topic, and if possible, the page rank of that web page should be higher than your own web page). Google considers this as a quality back-link, and boosts your page ranking. Many such back-links (preferably one-way back-link) will boost the Page Rank of your web page.

So, you see, getting a higher page rank is a (manipulated) art. It is somewhat difficult, but it CAN still be achieved!

Remember, this is just one of the many parameters that Google uses in rewarding or killing your Page Rank!!!

Also remember, you'll need just a few such good pages on your huge web site hosting to get the traffic. Even only one such good & OPTIMISED page can bring you traffic. Concentrate on good page content & keywords, submit the page to right directories, and "manipulate" keyworded back-links, & your page can be popular in a short time!

So, dear readers, get your website hostings working for you now! If you don't have a site, you must get one NOW. The future is online, and the world is your market! More details are on the right-side panel on this very page!

Wish you a fruitful new year!

Back when there was a vunerability in euk's server they put porn links in my source and I got kicked from google completely, and I had a terrible rank too.

lol

Your method is best but you were lucky at that time

I tried something similar for one of our website hostings but there was no response even after a month
