I checked here, seems they have covered most of the things.

The only website hosting I use google on is www.claytonnewmexico.net a Government Agency and 505c3 (non profit) website hosting so no fees or ads for me :d

It is - very appealing. Especially as my current search feature is slightly frustrating at time - so I could do with a nice solution but I can't currently justify the cost
