You have managed to make it look good now but you need a good header and footer.

As I said earlier, you need some good images and lil bit color to make your website hosting beautiful.

Thanks for the reply eukhost.com

I agree with you whole heartedly, I was just dedicating all my time to getting the website hosting designed the way I wanted it and getting everything transferred and working again without things like the frames (which took me quite a while!!).

Now that the basic design is there I am going to concentrate on getting more content on it as well as lots more images, to make it beautiful like you said! - which will hopefully bring more people back to the website hosting.

Thanks again for all the comments and keep them coming if you think of anything else!! I very much appreciate it.

Just as an update for all who are interested - I am pleased to announce that I managed to get both my XHTML and CSS to validate using the W3C validators for all my pages on my website hosting!!

I'm really proud of myself, not managed to do this before!!

I might even consider putting some of my other website hosting ideas into action sometime in the future!!

Your enthusiasm is outstanding - now you have to keep that momemtum going. If you can, then you may well end up with a website hosting that achieves the holy grail of good web design: a website hosting that people actually come back to.

Well done on getting the website hosting to validate (no easy task) but remember that human visitors will be more intereested in website hosting accessibility than on whether you are, for example, writing top-notch xhtml.

I'd follow eukhost's advice above and look to add a sitemap, too. This will aid both humans and spiders.

Keep it up!!

Thanks for the comments avatari!! I am definitely going to keep the momentum going and I am loving doing the site! I really hope I can make my website hosting one that people want to come back time and time again!

And yes, I know its not what someone first looks for in a website hosting, the fact that it validates, but in my opinion when I have visited website hostings in the past that have validated and displayed the validation logos it seems to have elevated their status in my mind and showed that little bit more effort.

I am going to concentrate on adding more content and I am researching my website hostingmaps as I speak so I can implement one!!

Thanks for the encouragement avatari!! It makes me want to keep the website hosting going!

As always any more suggestions and comments are always welcome and appreciated!!

UPDATE!! - I have completed my website hosting map in both xml and html formats. Keeping it up to date will be the hard task but it should hopefully be very useful to both humans and spiders alike like has been said in previous posts!

If anyone has anymore suggestions I will be greatly appreciative!! All the comments and help so far have been fantasitic and have enabled me to improve the website hosting a lot because not only have I been able to implement my ideas and improvements I have had great suggestions off you!! So don't stop!

There does need to be images on your website hosting, I suggest having buttons on each page. But it is good so far!

The images are being prepped! So they should be online soon. Thanks for the thumbs up!

Thumbs up from me as well... looks pretty good, I like the design & layout, seems like you've spent a long time on the website hosting. Good luck with it.

Thanks flesso! Yep, the website hosting has definitely taken me a lot of time and I am putting in as much time and effort as I can to keep adding content and making it better. Hopefully I will be getting some of you as regular visitors!

Hi,

First just want to say that I commend all your efforts, your website hosting has changed alot since I first looked at it from your original post.

One recommendation I would suggest is to organise your reviews, donloads etc.. by type. Just that if I was looking for a new anti-virus software, then I would not be sure which reviews to click on unless I already have some sort of awareness of the application.

Just a thought anyway.

All the best.

Great idea Morledge. Will definitely try and introduce some kind of category system. I have categorised each review but you actually have to go into the review before seeing the category. I'm working on it right away

UPDATE! - Following advice an category system has been updated for all our reviews. So now not only can you see them in the A-Z lists but also in the categorised lists. Hopefully this should help people find what they want, like Morledge said.

I am really enjoying getting suggestions off of all of you so keep on coming. After all, you are like the kind of people that are going to be visiting my website hosting (and hopefully returning) so if I please you and fix the problems you are having, I should please a lot of people.

May I take this oppertunity to say a great big 'Thank You' to all who have replied, accessed and made suggestions for my website hosting and I hope you will keep any suggestions you have coming!

How about a CMS based system to make life easier for yourself? From my point of view they all seem to be static web pages, and a CMS will do wonders for you. How about maybe incorporating a website hosting search engine? If you don't want to spend your time doing that, you can always use the free google website hosting search.

Your enthusiasm on this is amazing, you have produced a very neat website hosting, well done! And yes, I'll be a returning visitor and I'll be recommending it to friends.
