Default Family web site

After a few years of using aa 'free' option of sharing family pics to a 'scattered' family I decided to produce a Family web website hosting.
New and still being developed but Iwould appreciate comments.
cheers

It's a pretty simple javascript which is editable for colors - feel free to grab it.

George, first of all you I think you need to work on the website hosting header. The long noses peeping out looks ugly IMO. The header or the banner is the first impression of a website hosting. I think it should be nice and attractive. Other than that the website hosting looks ok. The calendar is good too.

Also try and make the black banner bit at the top fit with the white bit on the site

Ian, the black banner extending was deliberate to give a sense of a 'header' to each page.

Site now updated to a plain logo at the top (until I can find a suitable image to use)

Thanks for the comments

OK - I think I've finally settled for a top image (depending on what comments I get back!)
I've used a recent image of my grandson, cropped, feathered and faded, then pasted that into a black background to match the borders.

On another note
Anyone used the Viper guestbook?
I have a problem trying to find out how to redirect back to the 'view guestbook page' rather than the 'sign guestbook' page after a user signs the guestbook.
I've added the request to the viper forum - but then thought I wouyld ask here also.
cheers
George

Hey George, I have seen sometime before, image was too much faded. It looks better now. Logo is also nice. You should put slogan on the header with attractive font properties. I would suggest you can also make attractive navigation bar that make excitement to browse website hosting. However, simple and clean design. Wish you success!

Yeah I can see an image of eyes of a kid on the banner now. Keep up the good work George.

Well - I hope I have took all the comments on board

I have lightened the image and alterd the strap line at bottom left (suggested by Martin)
The nav bar I will leave as I want it to be pretty simple and clean looking.

What I also did was to turn the blue logos to white and, (IMHO), it looks a lot 'cleaner'
I'll post the changes when I get home so you can pass comment.
