Hi!
Nice web site hosting - a couple of points I would change...
- There appears to be a broken image on the left of the homepage
- On the animated guide thing, there are a couple of bits that look a bit pixelated (on the first "It's as easy as" screen, the 1, 2 and 3 numbers) mind you, i am a perfectionist so i might be nit-picking
-Also to do with the animated guide - if I were you, I'd get a javascript fix for IE, so that IE users don't have to "Click to activate this control" - google it - there are quite a few.
The next few are mostly my own personal opinion, so don't pay too much attention to it!
- on the How It Works page, i personally feel that the nintendo wii draw thing looks a bit tacky - reminiscent of "Shoot the Alien To Win A Free iPod!!!!" etc. etc.
- The button at the top "My Recruitt" - to me at first glance that looked like a typo - i think it would be clearer if you used the same capitalisation that is used in the logo - so "My recruiTT" (same goes for the
)<br />

- When it gets off the ground, maybe a "Featured Job" space on the front page?<br />
<br />
- The buttons at the top. I make it a point to change the navigation when you're on the page in question on my <a href="http://www.eukhost.com/" target="_blank">website hosting</a>. So, if I was doing it, I would change the button colour and remove the link, so it was really obvious.<br />
<br />
- the <title> tags again - might it be an idea to have an individual one for each page - so something like "FAQ | recruiTT.com for jobs, recruitment etc."<br />

That's all from me - I really like the design - easy on the eye, simple to navigate etc.<br />
