I would suggest to avoid black background when text is concerned, however black backgrounds is good for certain image not for text paragraph unless you’ve web site hosting like game, poker or Bingo.

Going to have to disagree with you on that one, I find black text on a white background akin to staring into a maglite causing my eyes to strain. I think your way of thinking in the 14 inch fishbowl days of yesterdecade had a bit of mileage, the image not being as crisp and colour bleed, but with 95% of folk now using decent 17 inch TFTs you're not quite as restricted.
