It looks pretty good to me. The only one thing (and it didn't strike me straight away) was that you could tie in the blue from the background more into the body. It all seems to fit together nicely though particularly navigation wise.
For my personal site I have cheated and used a template from frontpage and also things from Fantastico. I was being lazy at the time and haven't really had time to play about with it since to design it all myself.

Looks good, congrats on the site! .
The design is nice and the navigation is easy. It's good to see your keeping interest in changing and modifying your website hosting but I wouldn't say it is urgent need of a redesign - it is good!

Really good design and I like the nav bar. Really easy to navigate through.
I do remember your website hosting and I have visited it before.
Good luck with the redesign.

thanks for all ure comments
I'm quite shocked tbh last month, seeing as this is a personal website hosting, and that it got 46790 hits, and 650 unique visitors.

Well, I was just thinking you have a blue background, maybe more use of blue in the foreground. It's nothing major but I'm just throwing little ideas about!

Congrats on the amount of hits and unique visitors - you must be doing something right with your website hosting (or advertising it a lot!!)

The navigation is really easy, but the design is a little too plain for me. I think maybe you should spice it up just a bit. lol
Oh, and congratulations on the hits. lol
It's VERY NICE. But you should change the design. lol

Sometimes the simplest designs work the best, and are easy to use .

Ah, but that depends what kind of image you are trying to portray through your website hosting. If a company like Rolls Royce had a completely text based website hosting with minimal formatting and images, would you automatically think they are a high class company producing high specification products? Then again, if they did we'd all be clamouring to get our hands on their website hosting as a nice money maker! Lol.
Looking back, I think the website hosting could do with something just to spice it up and maybe give it more of an identity. One of the website hostings I like which I've done ( www.universitychorus.org.uk) is pretty simple layout wise but I think it has a pretty corporate feel about it. I do think on your website hosting though, the navigation is really easy and to me, that is one of the most important things. If people can't find the information in the website hosting, what is the point having it?!

Bare in mind my website hosting isn't a company website hosting :P and I focus more on the content.
I have also made the website hosting accessible by conforming to modern markup standards, providing accesskeys for the links, and by using CSS in such a way, that it degrades sensibly on really old browsers (Like Netscape 4.X - and yes, this is still shockingly used).

Yes, as it is a personal website hosting there isn't really a huge need for a corporate "look". I would suggest a more personal look, as after all, it is a personal site!!
I think you have done quite well on it - yes design does play a part in web website hostings but content is just as vital if not more!

What I was trying to say (although I didn't do it very well) is it should be what you want it to be as it's your website hosting and so you know what purpose you have for it. So, if you want it to be a personal look that's what you should do, just as companies want a corporate look so that's what they go for. As I said before though, I think your content and navigation is good so maybe it just needs something changing colour and formatting wise to maybe give it some more jazz?

Ah, I understand you better now!! Basically there are no rules to follow as its your own personal website hosting, make it easy to use and people should visit it if interested. Business website hostings have to think a bit more especially about what content is suitable / not suitable, whether it fits in with companies policies, whether it looks professional etc.
You don't have any of these worries Thomas, so go with what you think!
