personal WebSite
Hi,
Firstly let me say that I am awful with website hosting design, but now I think I may have an acceptable website hosting. I am still finishing off some pages and making them W3C compliant, but please tell me what you think and what you would do differently as I'm looking for some really useful feedback.
I skills are mainly in HTML, CSS and PHP. Im currently learning ASP but I dont think this would be much of an advantage for this website hosting.
Cheers,

You have chosen nice colours for your homepage but you need proper layout for the design. You should put the inner contents in a table which should have width equal to the top banner and navigation bar.
Footer is also essential and if possible then avoid the drop down java script menu as google hates java script drop down menu and the internal links added in the drop down menu wont get indexed by google nor it will crawl those pages.

Never use tables for design, but use CSS. Tables are only for tabular data.

Thanks all,
I've taken all your comments into consideration and will be modifying the website hosting over the next couple of weeks.
The menus that I use are CSS rather than Javascript as Mozilla et al dont really like cascading javascript menus.
I'm starting to use php templates for my image gallery as it makes the updates 10 times faster.
But I shall continue to beef up the website hosting....especially as I'm currently completing a photoshop course.
Cheers,

Reviewed
After an initial scan through the pages, I really couldn't see/hear any accessibility problems with this website hosting.
There are a few minor issues:
The website hosting structure should be improved, it doesn't make you wanna click any further. The structure should be made by colors, size or order.
May be some qualitative web designer shall provide you the necessary productive feedback.

The website hostings' design is very good, and very easy to see everything. I like the banner, but the text - why not add some effects on to it, like a gradient effect, border outline and other graphical effects, if you have a graphics programme.
I especially like the navigational bar, that dropdown list where theres options of other pages, why not add an outline to that, for instance when someone goes to the "Interests" link, they will see a dropdown and an outline on it. If you are using CSS, try:
Code:
border: 1px solid #000000;
I like the texts colour as it isn't too bright on the background image.
You've got a nice website hosting there, few improvements here and there, but its got nice colours, and graphics so far.

not bad, lol, my weakness is php
lol, it seems pretty good for a personal website hosting, though what image editing software did u use for making that banner?
cuzz sorry to say..it looks a bit bumpy there, if u have enough money then i would recommend photoshop cs2 or you could use gimp, gimp is free, the best free image editor out there, u should get one of the tow and make urself a perfect banner!
lol, im too lazy to put up a link for the gimp download, but u could just search it on google.

Works fine for me and loads correctly.
And BTW, good attempt with the website hosting, nice and basic with the information the focus of the pages so well done for that. The menu along the top opens each link a new window which can be slightly off putting (for me anyway) but that is only a minor niggle.
Overall its pretty good!
