You can surely do something about the typeface you have used. Verdana is a good one but you have use it in 12 pts and made it bold too. It looks little crowdy while reading. Also the alignment needs to be proper for the adds. I think you designer needs to take a look at some other good website hosting designs too.

Regarding your website hosting ,all I want to add is that its good if you make it little bit more flashy.There should be a flash animated introduction also your top level domain too need some makeover.
