Since 2000, when I really began making websites (coming from simple html!), i've been on numerous hosts. All the way from free hosting, to dedicated servers, and all in different countrys around the world.

eUKhost is by far the best host that I have ever been on, and i'm sure it's the best i'll ever be able to find. Ok, so i've only been with eUKhost for around 2 days, and i'm not usually the one to make fast judgement - but the support service here is top notch, keep it up guys.

I'll second that, this is also my 3rd day with these guys and I've been onto support a couple of times already about a few issues (its him again, they probably say now lol).

But compared to my previous host I was often left waiting many hours for assistance, here its minutes usually.

Servers seem fast and responsive so far, so I'm very happy.

Just tagging on to this thread to say that my experience since signing up a week ago has also been good. I've had quick responses and resolutions from emails to support. I've had some minor intial setup matters resolved, I've got answers to queries about using cPanel and WHM, and I've had what might be thought of as a specialist request enabled within a couple of hours (an extra Apache module enabled).
