I've just upgraded from a Reseller to VPS and I must say although I've had a few issues, the tech support team, particularly Scott have been absolutely amazing at sorting all of them out. They've transferred all my files, packages, settings and everything, sorted things out when I've been an idiot and messed them up, fixed bugs in sites with me and have helped sort everything out DNS wise when things were going mad!
So thanks guys, I couldn't have done it without you and hopefully I'll learn enough to stop needing to rely on you so much (mind with support like they give, who can blame me for wondering if I need to!)

lol, it is often tempting to just let eukhost handle all my technical problems - serve them right for doing such a damn fine job of it :P
Once again, I've had a problem tonight and it's sorted straight away, this time by Sebastian! It's just amazing the service you guys offer! I'm trying not to take it for granted!
