Well eUKhosts customer support has always been top notch for me!!

Obviously I can only speak of my own dealings with eUKhost, but I imagine from comments I have heard off other people that there customer support is as good to me as it is to everyone! Which is the sign of a great host!

I would recommend the support via MSN Chat, they can answer 99% of your issue's almost straight away. Any issue's they cannot solve will be forwarded onto the relevant department.

As I have mentioned in a previous post. I have not had good experience with telephone suppor but who needs that when you have MSN Chat

I must try the MSN support next time I need it then. Personally I normally use the 24/7 Live Chat from the main website and it has been good 99% of the time! .

Are the same people doing the 24/7 Live Chat the same people on the MSN chat? Is there any difference in response times between the 24/7 Live Chat and the MSN chat?

it depends on the time you choose to come on MSN or livechat.

on weekdays we have single person managing MSN and 2 for AIM while on weekends AIM and MSN are with same person.
