Absolutely fantastic support

Just to say thankyou to the EUKHost support team for their invaluable and prompt help over the past few months

I migrated over from a self hosted cPanel system to a VPS hosted service after the guy who used to run it had left the company several months ago.

There are still occasional problems cropping up after the migration but that is more to do with me not knowing what to do to fix it rather than anything else. (I have a strong Windows background but very little knowledge of Linux - which partly influenced my decision to go hosted.)

I have submitted several support tickets with problems I have no idea how to fix and the team have fixed it within the hour on every occasion.
