Best Support Is Best Choice !
"Webhosting is about Supporting"
Hey Guys
Im Mohammad Hajarian From Iran.
I am in hosting bussines for over 4 years, i try all kind of webhosting from shared to dedicated , i saw all kind of supports , but no where , i mean it , no where i saw such a strong and helpfull support that i saw today , EUKHOST support is unique. today i was going to purchase a "vps windows" , i had a problem with 2£ because i used a prepaid visa card and i just have 24£ but the plan i want to buy become 26£, so i open a live chat and i start chat with one of EUKHOST guys named RICHARD , such a good guy like the other EUKHOST guys.He help me step to step from create a account to pay the invoice online , he give me 2£ discount for my first month ! that was wonderful !, he helped me online for near two hour (duration (mm:ss) 01:50:55) , he never stop to help me , i was surprised !
as my experience if you need a vps plan or shared hosting EUKHOST must be your first and last choice because Webhosting is about Supporting which EUKHOST dose it best!

I know, my experience of the support here at eUKhost has been second to none so I can definitely agree with the comments you have made. It sounds exactly like the eUKhost I know!

I second that. In the last couple of weeks, support seem to have got some stick about the server move but they've worked hard to get everything sorted and you get replies from them quickly. Other hosting companies I've been with can make you wait hours or even days for a reply which is useless if your website is down!. With EUKhost, when you've got in touch with support, they keep looking at it until it gets fixed.

I can agree fully with that as well. Sometimes support have spent over 2 hours in LiveChat trying to fix a problem for me so they are definitely dedicated and you are right - they don't stop till they fix it!

Yep the finest I have come across.. had a great live chat one night while one of the guys was sorting a problem/query out, he gave me some very valuable tips.

I do wonder sometimes how eUKhost manage to provide such a fast response to all the support quieries and LiveChats that must get submitted.
Mark, you will have to let me know the eUKhost secret sometime   .

This has been part of ongoing improvement process from last 3 years and we are still improving. We keep on finding bugs in our management and we try to ensure that we never repeat any mistakes that others keep on doing or those which we've done in past.
There's much more to improve in coming months and years.

Out of interest, how many support staff are there on at any given time?

Well I can say after having experience with many of the departments the support is top notch overall across them all.
