Default A Big Thank You to RALF

Hi Ralf,
I am lost for word to simply say thank you is not enough to Ralf that I can only describe him by gentlemen and a helping hand IT technician with EUKHOST Company that how everyone work’s for EUKHOST should be.
Yes everyone can make a mistake I have made one and ended up in a mess especially when dealing with the modern technology of website hosting business. I have tried to delete unneeded website hosting through Cpanel to replace it by another better one and I ended in a real mess by deleting every important folder there. Well if it wasn’t for RALF I would of been in deep trouble, someone like Ralf who rescued me and bring everything back a live again, When I asked for his help RALF deserves all credit for hard work he put into it thank you so much my friend.
I am disappointed on one of live support stuff named Rick in my opinion shouldn’t be there nor dealing with the valuable EUKHOST Customers in a such manner and attitude I was about to give-up and move to another web hosting company if it wasn’t for Ralf and his genuine help that kept me with EUKHOST.
We are all human and none of us is mistakes free but surely we deserve a chance in the real world.
Once more please Ralf accept my thank you all the way from Scotland and really I don’t know what else I can say you are doing a great job keep it up and God save you from any harm.

Some other Customers have had the same types of issues as you have faced (as you have stated about Rick) and I am sure the CMO or QA officer will let you know about the situation soon. I recommend e-mailing Mark or the QA (Quality Assurance: nick [at] eukhost.com or Mark: mark [at] eukhost.com) as I would find it disgraceful if I had attitude from a staff member as a client.

Hi Ben,
Thank you for your reply to my thread, I was abset about the way I was treated by the staff member Rick I actualy biged him to help me sorting my problem without any success,
If the live chatline has been recorded during the exchange lines between me and Rick will show his attitude clearly that his not fit to deal with Customers on live Chatline. Thank you Ben for your advice and I will email Nick or Mrk as soon as I can.
To be honest if it wasn't for Ralf I woudn't be here today.

Thank you for your encouraging words, your testimonial has definitely motivated me even more. I also appreciate your positive feed back, and would like to inform you that whatever was advised to you on Live Chat is correct.

Also Rick is a senior & one of the most able technicians we have. As per our company policy data restoration is and always has been a charged service.

And as they say, there are always exceptions, your issue was dealt as a one off case as we were on the verge of loosing a valuable customer. It was only after consulting & discussing your issue with Rick and our senior Admins, I was granted the permission to restore you data without you having to incure any charges.

Please send your chat history with Rick. I would like to go through the transcript and help Rick to improve his customer service skills.

Rick is technically better than most of our staff members, but he may need to improve his customer service skills which can be resolved by us
