I am a self employed web designer who came across EUK a few months back now.
Ive been a customer for just over 4 months, and I run a Linux VPS to host multiple clients websites.
I had some initial problems and was ready to up-and-move due to a ridiculous amount of down time - my vps would go down all together for hours on end until I got in contact with a member of customer support and had them reboot it!
I had a very stressful few weeks of this - it was normally my customers who 'informed' me that their websites were down! Not good news for my business im sure you can imagine. Anyway, the tech team eventually found out that it was one of my 'neighbors' causing the problems. As the websites were totally unaccessible, and as I couldn't actually reach my control panel to reset the server I personally think that this was in violation of the uptime agreement (99.9%) but there you go. Since they booted that other fool, my VPS has been smooth running ever since
Aside from that, the level of assistance Ive received via the online help messenger has been above and beyond my expectations. On one occasion they even helped in the troubleshooting of the installation of third party software!! In fact, the helpful staff are one of the main reasons why im still here
If your thinking of signing up to a package from EUK, Id recommend it but with one piece of advice - keep an eye on things and if something does go wrong, get onto the online support team and then fire a letter off to the vps admin team to ensure that it gets dealt with!
