eUKhost ....... #1!

I have used eUKhosts' services since about January now and I am absolutely, entirely satisfied with the service. Even though my website isn't exactly up and running yet I have been using cPanel a lot and ran into a few problems. But firstly, let's tell you this:

It was 11pm and I was trying to sign-up for a reseller account and I got errors when I clicked 'Submit' so I thought I'd contact live chat but I doubted they'd be open at this time of night, but they were available. The operator talked to me on live chat trying to resolve the situation for about 1 hour and they had to manually create my account.

I got back on the computer at about 6:30am and I received an e-mail actually around about that time and my account was set-up within minutes.

So it does go to show that they do provide 24/7 support via live chat because even with a few problems they got it resolved within a few hours.

I am satisfied with the host I am with, and I don't plan on switching .

Again, I am pleased to see that it is not only me that experiences the good support that eUKhost provide. It shows how good it is by that no matter who contacts them or what time of day it is there is always great support. I can say there are many time when me and support have been burning the midnight oil .

Really looking forward to your website Ben - when are you putting the forum up? Is it going up around the 30th July with the rest of the website or is it going up pre launch?
