eUKhost Review
Hello All,
Just thought ild give you my review on the services and support of eukhost.
Hosting account: Platinum
I am only 16, and this is the first hosting account that I have had, that ive paid for. Before with hosting, I used to have a friend who could talk me through the stuff on the cPanel and domains ect. But I don't really talk to that friend anymore as he is not active on MSN. So now i have to do things on my own, and find them out for myself. If I can't find it on the euk website, or somewhere else. I use one either livechat, or email.
I find that the livechat is very helpful. I usually talk to Martin, and he is very helpful. There are also other operators that are equally helpful, but Martin is the main operator in which I talk to - And a very good job he is doing, I must say.
Emailing customer services or one of the other departments is another method which I have tried, when I know I wouldn't have time to sit and talk to an operator on livechat. I have emailed both support and billing, and from both of them reciever a reply within 1-2 hours of sending the email.
I find the support of eukhost is very good, And customer satisfaction is something they wish to keep. I think I will be with this hosting company for a long time come. I also find the account prices are quite good compared to some of the other company's I have seen. And you get what you pay for - account wise.

I know exactly what you mean there. 
A friend of mine is with another host and I with Eukhost. He has alot of problems arising and always needs to contact his hosting, with a waiting of no less than a day. I always tell him to go to Eukhost but declines the offer.
Another example is that when we both had the same problem, they actualy made him pay $10 for it get fixed, where I had mine done for FREE!
Anyway, yep good customer service. Thumbs up!

Such good reviews boost moral of our staff members. Most of the times we see customers giving reviews only if something wrong happens but no one has got time to praise someone's good work

especially like the live chat thingy, makes getting an answer extremely fast . wish more websites had this function.

The livechat feature is a really good system and a good seller.
My previous host were a shower of beeps when it came to support. I still have a domain hosted with them at extortianate prices only because my dad doesn't like change.
I've got 2 domains with eukhost and both are generally great. The only time I've had issues with one of them was about a year ago where for about a week, speed was very slow and connection a little patchy. I think it was a server issue as the day it was resolved they gave everyone double space and bandwidth allowance and I haven't had a problem (touch wood) since!

I think the real sign of a good a service is that you don't have to contact customer service often, but when you do have to you don't dread having to do it.
And that's alway's been my experience here.

THeyve definately improved, i started hosting here maybe four years ago or so, when they where called something else, i cant remember for the life of me what they where called though!
Support ect was slow for a while, but has definately picked up in recent times, and id have no problem reccomending them to anybody

Can I pick up on something from the top of this thread:
Martin is very helpful. It seems like it's always him I speak to when I need to talk to an operator. Could someone pass on my thanks? Providing, that is, he isn't a chatbot... (shirley not!)

I've always found livechat spot of for help - nearly always instant and always gets my problems sorted...

Another Appraisal.
I have got to admit. When I first transferred to EUKHost from a well known domain host (long story - huge battle), I did it with a pinch of salt.
Anyways, I came here with complications, looked at the price and was waiting for the catch.
After finally freeing my domain from my old provider and coming here, I was shocked at how helpful EUKhost were. I work with web based services for a living and can truthfully say that no where else is as helpful as EUKHost.
One things for sure - i'm not going anywhere for a while. EUKHost are definately one of the best companies in terms of support and ease of use.
One day my boss will hopefully see sense and move all our domains to EUKhost.
I would recommended EUKhost to anyone.

I think they offer a lot more for the money than any other space provider.
