I have been using EUKhost for 10 months now, and I have to say the customer support is excellent.
The best thing about EUK is you know 100% that you will be able to speak with knowledgable online support 24/7 via the live chat, so you are virtually guaranteed an answer immediately.
I had a problem today with my site, and wanted to check the status and make sure there was no problem, as always my query was dealt with in a professional, speedy and courteous manner
Other hosts I have used in the past claim the same service, but rarely deliver in my experience, and while some claim 24/7 support their live chat is not always online and take several hours to respond to emails, something that is totally unacceptable if you are trying to run an online business and just a problem for 10 minutes can cost you money and reputation.
I have told all my work colleagues about this website and the quality, and choice of service, and they agree it is in a different class
