I've used eukhost for a while now. I have a resellers account, but am not a reseller. , it's just convenient for the several domains I have.

People are very quick to complain, but very few people ever say well done. I'm mean in general, not necessarily on here.

I've always found the support I've had both in Live Chat and with the ticketing system to be excellent. The price is unbeatable, and there's not very often a downtime.

Just wanted to say "Thanks Eukhost".

Thank you for the compliment. It's true that people are very quick to complain but rarely compliment. That's not unique to hosting, just life in general. Either way, we are glad you are happy with the service.

Whenever I have tried to import a mysql database into any of my sites it always fails. Your support department never seem to know why, but usually import it for me. It's more an annoyance than anything else.

Do you import the SQL dump file from phpMyAdmin [PMA] ? We do it from the SSH directly I've seen certain issues with PMA related to the size of the dump [.SQL] file. SSH doesnt have any such restrictions Also, we're always ready to do any sort of DB restorations or backups for our clients...
