Great Customer Support

I have had a couple of occasions where my website has been down, and through contacting live help, the problem has been sorted within minutes. Eukhost is always a company i reccomend to my friends and family because it actually does value its customers! I've been with Eukhost for almost 3 years, and i'm still impressed!

3 years! thats impressive! i've shuffled around from one host to the next, because they have too much downtime, oor whatnot. I'm currently using ipower.net, but I'll remember this testimonial in the back of my head

Excellent service from you guys!

I had a wee issue with my email account and connected to live chat where I spoke with someone called Sean. He was very patient, explained to me what I needed to and we eventually got the problem sorted (so it turns out, my ISP was blocking port 25 and thats why I couldn't send mail).
