I host my own website with eukhost and recommended them to my employer.

On Friday we set-up a reseller account and have contacted support a few times with teething issues, including transferring our account to another server.

We implement certain policies but one's which are not in books need your feedback and when we receive such feedback then it helps us to improve our management skills as well as skills of support staff.
