Default Great support at Eukhost

As a new member let me say 'Don't forget what's on your doorstep' I have now set up two domains on Eukhost, one new and one transferred, and managed to set up an SQL database as well as all sorts of things I'd never done before. I had quite a bit of help from the helpline number and Stephen who was my mentor. It's all up and running and I want to say thanks Stephen for your help.

The support is the reason I have stayed with Eukhost, I have had my share of problems and with any other host I'd have been gone long ago - but this support really makes you feel like a valued customer and a solution is always found. I'd like to say also that the service and of course price is excellent and the problems I have experienced have been not of eukhosts direct making (more like other users hogging resources and the like). I'm glad I stuck with them and feel confident that any problem, should one arise - will be dealt with swiftly. I do find a little post to this forum helps speed the process along though

Default Support matters

Thanks for the encouragement! I was tempted to change by the combination of price and capability. For silly money I got php and sql and I notice even zend optimiser and all sorts of goodies you only dream about with other hosts. I'm impressed so far and by the way RSVEcosse I thought your wedding website was great. I realise it was a while ago now but I'm just discovering the things on this site!

I sincerely appreciate your good words for Steven. He is mentor of our phone support team as well and our phone support has improved a lot in last couple of months. It has been possible for us due to combined efforts of whole team and now we have many such Stevens

We have kept our Business policy quite simple. We have a specific profit percentage on all plans. Other hosting companies sell domains for £6 while they pay same amount to Nominet and they try to make profit when customers request nameserver change. Such illogical Business policies can upset customers as there should be no such cost for nameserver change or outgoing domains transfer. One single thing is sufficient to spoil whole business and they make many such mistakes by taking customers for granted.

I must say, I can't fault support enough. They always get to the bottom of an issue an do so much faster than all of my previous hosts.

At eUKhost, our motto is very simple. We want our customers to go back home & be able to sleep with peace of mind. We will do all that has to be done to ensure this. Support might take a little while sometimes to respond. But that happens only because of deeper investigations or verifications required.

That is one of the reasons why we keep on updating the forum with little snippets of information. We try & keep customers in the same loop so that there is no confusion.

We are working at minimizing resolution times a bit more.
