I just had to file my first support ticket since joining in December. Yesterday I signed up for a new vps (which was set up very quickly, do you guys sleep?) and managed to make a bit of a mess on there (I'm not used to WHM). The problem was solved within 2 hours and that included the time it took for me to get back to them confirming that I had backed up anything I needed.

Well, many thanks to Nick, I assume you're on the vps team, and any others involved in solving my problem so quickly.

ya, eukhost has good support!, although, all i got was a free domain!, but when i had a bit of a problem with it, the support and help that was given to me was as if i was a premium member! keep it up eukhost support team! good job!

yeah, eukhost looks real good to me.. i'll post a testimonial when i'll get my domain, but eukhost is reall good when i c it like this..even such nice skins lol never saw such a nice community, i'll try to stay active oh yea, if you guys need some helpdesk dude or live help dude, i'm here ! lol i'm good in these kinda things.
